My order hasn't arrived after two weeks. Where is it?

Remember that total delivery time is made up of processing time (when we prepare your order) and shipping time (how long it takes to reach you). This doesn't include things like customs delays, weekends, holidays, or anything unexpected. Also, keep in mind that shipments to South America and Russia can sometimes take over a month due to shipping and customs issues.

What if my package never arrives?

If you haven't received your package within 60 days of it being shipped, please contact us at [email address removed]. We'll either send you a new order or give you a full refund.

What happens if my package is sent back to FLORALTRIP?

Packages are usually returned for one of these reasons:

  • The address you entered was incorrect.
  • No one was available to receive the package after multiple attempts (this often happens with FedEx).
  • We couldn't reach you by phone or email during delivery.
  • You didn't pick up the package from the post office within two weeks of receiving a notification (this is common with Global Mail).

To avoid this, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Make sure someone will be available to receive the package at that address. You can always have it sent to your work or school. It's also a good idea to track your shipment regularly to stay updated on its progress.
